Why Sponsor Toronto Wireless User Group
The Toronto Wireless User Group (TorWUG) is an independent and non-profit
organization. We conduct quarterly seminars on wireless and mobile technology. The
meetings are free, and meant to be educational. We assemble a panel of guest speakers
that have expertise in their field, to discuss issues relevant to wireless and mobile
technology.
Each meeting, or discussion session, focuses on a different aspect of wireless/mobile.
For example: hardware, software, security, applications, and trends. TorWUG is meant
for anyone interested in the technology.
Our sponsors provide top-notch speakers, cutting-edge information, and exciting
demonstrations.
TorWUG has approximately 2500 members and we have conducted very successful seminars
since 2002. The average attendance of our seminars is between 70-75 individuals
per event. We will have 5 events in 2006. Our attendees consist of decision-makers:
IT managers, project managers, marketing managers, account executives, IT consultants,
and business leaders.

is in addition to the traffic generated by the TorWUG website (approx. 200,000 visits

booth.
