Mr. Read has 9 years experience in Europe, North and South America with IT systems integration, open standards and distributed computing. Mr. Read has served in various capacities in Europe and North America, in both corporations and medium sized businesses, as a Business and Technology manager aiding clients in building distributed applications using Internet, Wireless and WAN technologies. As well Mr. Read has taught various courses to programmers and business leaders on technology. He has studied computer science at Harvard and received degrees at other institutions in Canada and Europe. He helped found the Toronto Wireless User Group forum.

Mr. Read discussed the potential for businesses to make a firm ROI using proven techniques and methods in building a distributed application.

Sam AbdelMalek

Prior to joining RavensCraft, Sam was one of the co-founders of SmartK a wireless development company. Sam held many technical positions in Canada and abroad, including working for Sun Microsystems. Sam is a faculty member of the Professional Development Center 's Telecommunications management Certificate-University of Toronto. Sam has a Masters of Engineering in Telecommunications with focus on wireless applications and solutions-from the University of Toronto, Canada and BSc. of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering for Ain-Shams University, Egypt

Ian Angus
President - Angus TeleManagement Group Inc
Ian Angus has been called "Canada's guru of the telephone," and "a visionary in telecommunications," to quote only two of the many accolades he has received. Since 1983 he has been co-editor of the monthly journal Telemanagement, which has been called "the bible of business telecommunications in Canada." In 1995, Angus TeleManagement Group launched, Telecom Update, a weekly electronic newsletter which is now the most widely-read telecom newsletter in Canada. Ian is the author or co-author of thirteen books on telecommunications, including Phone Pirates and Canadian Telecom in Transition: Competition and Regulation on the Information Highway. Ian is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and his seminars on key issues in voice and data telecommunications management have been attended by thousands of managers from across the United States and Canada.

In 1990, Ian and his partner Lis Angus were co-recipients of the Honorary Award from the Canadian Business Telecommunications Alliance (CBTA), "in recognition of their leadership and significant influence on the Canadian telecommunications environment."

In 1997 Angus TeleManagement received the CBTA's "Media Award," making this team the only two-time award winners in the Alliance's history.

Ian is a past vice-president of the U.S. Society of Telecommunications Consultants, and is a past Director of the Canadian Telecommunications Consultants Association.
